"I am writing on behalf of Mike Segovia with whom I worked for four and one half years while I was a co-host with Jim Dobson at Family Talk.
Mike oversaw production of our daily radio show and managed a team of four or five producers and technicians. His job included finding good guests, making sure that they were scheduled in a timely manner, overseeing the writing of shows, managing the team while the shows were recorded, editing the shows and making sure they aired at appropriate times.
