Our Team
Michael Segovia, Founder
Mike is the owner of PFCAudioVideo a company that specializes in recording, editing, mixing, mastering, and producing an array of radio programs, radio commercials, podcasts, special audio features, and video projects. He has been in the media industry for over 36 years where he has been on the microphone and behind the scenes.
Mike started PFCAudio/Video using his vast knowledge of the media industry to bring excellence in audio and video production. Services include recording and editing, producing, writing scripts, commercial copy, and formatting podcast and radio shows. His specialty is creating a podcast or radio feature from its inception to the final product online.
Mike graduated from the Columbia School of Broadcasting in Southern California where he obtained his FCC On-Air License.
He also obtained his B.A. in Liberal Arts from Cal State Fullerton University.
Mike’s extensive media industry experience allows him to have fresh ideas to enhance your brand message. Michael believes that he and his PFCAudioVideo team can expertly assist you in telling your story behind the story.
In his spare time Mike likes to play pickelball, watch his favorite sports teams, travel with his family, and play with his dog Roux.
Jessica Daley, Executive Broadcast Producer
Jessica Daley is a writer, speaker, media producer and voiceover artist. Beginning her broadcasting career in 2019 at Dr. James Dobson’s Family Institute, Jessica helped facilitate Dr. Dobson’s nationally syndicated radio show, Family Talk.
Though, only being in the media production industry for a few years, nothing about the field seems unfamiliar to her. Jessica feels as though, by divine appointment, she “accidentally” stepped into her career-calling. In an effortless way, Jessica intuitively seems to know exactly what each project needs in order to come to life on air. She also has a special way of personally relating to and understanding every client.
Jessica brings with her over 10 years of executive administration and managerial experience. Additionally, she is an artist and the writer of a successful blog.
Combining her practical professional experience, with her god-given gifts of empathy and creativity, Jessica proves to have a very unique ability to merge different viewpoints into one cohesive and heartfelt message.
When she is not working, you can find Jessica playing with her two children, going on walks, drinking coffee and exploring other creative endeavors.Executive Broadcast Producer
Emma Sanchez, Executive Assistant to Mike Segovia
Emma Sanchez is a photographer, marketing assistant, and entrepreneur. Beginning her career in photography in 2020, Emma has since graduated high school less than a year ago and took time off to do mission work in the middle east.
Just starting out in this career field she has no doubt that God has led her to where she is supposed to be. Emma can use the giftings she has been given from God to help market pfc while promoting new projects for the company and of her own. As she jumps into all that this career field offers, she is not hesitant to make new connections and love on everyone.
Emma brings with her years of experience in photography and marketing. Additionally, her cultural experiences and viewpoints from all over the world help her to be able to see all perspectives that God may be leading to the team.
With lots of experience in all types of workspaces, she is able to use her gifts of building communities and outreach, Emma is able to be practical and share her outlook to be able to relate with all people.
If you don’t find her working, she is out swing dancing, talking to a stranger, cycling, rock climbing, traveling to a new place, or spending all the extra time she has in the word.
Suzette Redd, Podcast Producer/Client Relations
Suzette brings over 20 years of experience in administration, customer service and communications to the PFC team. She also has over 10 years of experience in social media and branding skills. God has given her a heart to serve and love people to the best of her ability. She is a hard worker, dedicated, organized and detail oriented.
Suzette’s two kids are her life! They enjoy spending time outdoors looking for new adventures together. She also loves to cook, bake, paint, watch movies and read to her kids.
In her spare time, you can find her mentoring fellow survivors of domestic violence and abuse. She has learned a lot from her own past experiences and loves to share her story to help other’s succeed and move forward in life.
Emily Adams, Audio Engineer
Emily has over a year of experience as an Audio Engineer. She interned in 2020 in Los Angeles, CA for Aubrey Aura – Audio Engineer, Ghost Writer, and Artist. From June 2021, Emily has worked at PFC Audio Video as a Podcast Audio Engineer.
Emily attended The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences (Gilbert, AZ), where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA in 2020.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys singing, songwriting, playing guitar and piano. She also enjoys yoga, hiking, swimming, and meditation.
Ariel Ghysels, Audio Engineer
With over 15 years of extensive experience in media and technology, Ariel Ghysels is a seasoned professional specializing in video, lighting, engineering, and audio production. She has worked in Christian music video programming, television, and radio broadcasting. Her journey has taken her across the globe, allowing her to embrace the creativity and perspective of other cultures. Throughout her career, she has sharpened her skills in crafting compelling visual and auditory pieces, contributing to various projects that have left a lasting impact.
Beyond the world of technology and media, she finds joy in her creative pursuits. In her spare time, she loves diving into the art of reading, writing, and musical composition. Ariel currently resides in Evansville, Indiana with her husband, Chuck.
